client is an outreach Primary Health Care service providing
multidisciplinary Allied Health services to remote communities around the
community. There are other Allied Health Professionals who work
collaboratively with local services and communities.
All candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years experience in
Mental Health, flexible working hours. Some paediatric experience desirable
but not essential.

client based in the South-Western suburbs of Sydney are in need of a
Occupational Therapist to start asap for a minimum of 2 days, Hours Days
Negotiable. Role available minimum 6 weeks with a view to extension. This
position will assist in providing case management to older people who have a
functional impairment. The
Program aims to provide short term low intensity therapy and post discharge
support to older people to enable them to progress to optimum levels of
functioning and independence.

from Melbourne, are in need of a Permanent Occupational Therapist.
All
suitable candidates will ensure effective service provision to
patients/clients the Health District which will include Acute Care,
Rehabilitation Centre clients (adult and pediatric), and may also include
clients of the Early Childhood Intervention Program if required Residents
of Aged Care units.
Exceptional
communication and attention to detail is required as all results will need
to be documented for the client and for the referring party and other
parties involved in the client’s management. Client home visits may be
required where assessment or treatment in the home setting is necessary.
